Pink Lashes? Can It Work?

So I did stop by the Dior cosmetic counter yesterday. Actually, I was pretty excited to try the new pink mascara since I'm so #teampink anyway. They were out of it but had the floor sample to try. Well, I tried it. Uggggh! My first 'pink' no-no. I'm not that happy with the intensity and consistency. In other words, it's too bright and thick for me. They did say "vibrant" color and it is. 
Hey Dior ppl, perhaps this could work if you have your artists show examples or something. The advertisement doesn't even have models wearing this... That could of been my clue though. But like my students ask for an example of my expectation, I need an example of how you see ppl wearing this product. I'm a bit lost.

Disclaimer: I still love the brand and many other items from Dior. So don't bediscouraged...you should go play with their makeup! Try Airflash. I live for it.
